Western Bays Constructors (WBC) is a design-build joint venture composed of lead contractors John P. Picone, Inc. (Picone) and Northeast Remsco Construction, Inc. (Northeast Remsco). Together, with lead designer McMillen Jacobs Associates (McMillen Jacobs) and its subcontractor Greeley and Hansen, WBC has organized a team with an unparalleled track record in complex projects featuring companies with world class experience in microtunneling, mechanical systems, sewage treatment and a broad range of other capabilities. Our completely integrated Project organization is populated with technical experts and leaders from each company, matching specialized experience with specific tasks inherent to this job.
