The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and the Nassau County Department of Public Works (NCDPW) hosted a virtual public information session with the Design-Build Team, Western Bays Constructors (WBC), via Zoom. WBC provided information on upcoming construction activities. The Project Team was available to answer questions.
